The Garden Supervisor supports the Department Manager in overseeing high-end residential garden accounts. This role combines field leadership, project coordination, client interaction, and administrative support to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to Whitmores’ standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate garden installations and maintenance projects

• Ensure work meets company, industry, and client standards

• Assist with crew scheduling, staffing, and supervision

Position Overview
